Oats (Avena sativa) - Oats is an herbal remedy used mostly for feeding the nervous system to relieve stress, especially stress and exhaustion associated with depression. It is also used in general debility. Used as a remedy for skin conditions, especially in external applications. In general neurasthenia it promptly relieves the most unbearable occipital headache.

Oenothera biennis (Evening Primrose Oil) an American herb that Native Americans used as a painkiller and asthma treatment. Benefits of Evening Primrose include relief from the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, treatment of fatty acid deficiencies, premenstrual breast pain, polycystic breasts and premenstrual syndrome, reduction of anxiety, controlling high blood pressure, reducing cholesterol, treatment of atopic eczema and maintaining of healthy skin.

It can be used in stomach and gall-bladder conditions, especially where there is associated nausea and vomiting. As a laxative it may safely be used in chronic constipation.
